Terms & Policy
The products have been designated and are intended for off-road applications. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modifications or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emissions or safety in the vehicle, used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine penalty. Installation of these parts may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of high-performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways.
WARRANTY
There are no warranties expressed or implied by THE DIESEL SHOP, INC. on high-performance parts or labor. All work performed is done at the customer’s own risk. Installation of these parts may void warranty coverage if any on your vehicle. Some manufacturers provide warranties for their products. All claims returns, and replacement of defective parts, must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product and do not cover labor. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. No returns on installed parts.
RETURN POLICY
Returns for exchange or refunds will be allowed only within 5 business days of the purchase date of the order. Merchandise must be unused and in original saleable packaging. Merchandise showing signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched or defaced will not be allowed. It is the responsibility of the customer and/or installer to verify the correctness of size and applications before installation. All products will be inspected based on customer claims before any refunds or exchanges are issued.
No returns of any type will be accepted without an invoice and management approval. Any approved returns will have a 30% restocking fee unless waived by management. All approved refunds will be paid by company check or a credit will be applied to a credit card. NO CASH REFUNDS.
Sorry, no returns on electronics or special order items. All returns that do not meet with the above criteria will not be accepted.
Freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
SPECIAL ORDERS
No returns on special orders or custom items. All special orders require a 50% deposit. All custom items require a 100% deposit. Deposits for special orders items not picked up within 30 days of notification will be forfeited.
LIABILITY
THE DIESEL SHOP, INC. is not responsible for damages or malfunctions due to the installation of high performance or aftermarket parts. All work is done at the customer’s own risk. In the event that any litigation was to develop from damages or malfunctions due to installations of high performance or aftermarket parts, the client will be responsible for attorney’s fee and court costs incurred by THE DIESEL SHOP, INC.
